To register a bx99 account, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and current. bx99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documents if necessary.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one bx99 account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or bonuses.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. bx99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using the bx99 platform, you agree that you will not:

- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform, or systems and networks connected to bx99, through hacking, password mining, or any other unauthorised means.
- Using any automation software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unfair manner.
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code that could compromise the platform's functionality or affect other users.
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including using false payment details or misusing the promotions and bonus system.
- Sharing or transferring your account to any third party without prior written consent from bx99.
Bx99 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

All transactions on the bx99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You may make deposits using the payment methods listed in your account's deposit section, including online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other approved methods. bx99 does not accept foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Deposit & Withdrawal Processing
Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the current policy stated in your account section. bx99 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security and legal compliance.
Any attempt to process suspected fraudulent transactions or finance illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities. All funds credited through fraudulent activity will be frozen and forfeited without prior notice.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by bx99 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated alongside each offer. Failure to meet those requirements will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus. bx99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Bx99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
Bx99's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the arising of the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Bx99 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or for legal and compliance reasons. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, bx99 is under no obligation to refund any balance associated with bonuses or promotions.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the current withdrawal policy once all conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without the express written consent of bx99.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through mutually agreed mechanisms, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
